Rotation Plasty Ideas

I have a 11 year old girl that underwent rotation-plasty about 2 years ago
and has progressed very well. She has now made her school cheerleading team
and has become active in gymnastics and soccer. She has been wearing a
traditional style prosthesis with BK joints and poly pro thigh section with
pelite insert. I am very interested in hearing fabrication ideas that may
allow a bit more flexibility and comfort for her while performing these
activities. Also pictures would be great if available! Thanks for your help
