We are in the process of reviewing our pay scales for our employee’s to be sure we are competitive in the industry and am having difficulty for one particular employee with dual certifications. This particular employee has been a certified orthotist assistant for a little over 1.5 years and obtained his Cped certification 6 months ago. Any feedback on salary information for employees you have that have similar certifications and experience would be greatly appreciated. All responses will be kept confidential.
