The Barr Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of 2 new Board
Members, Jen Lacey and Chad Crittenden.
Jen is a below knee amputee having had the Ertl Procedure in 2011. She has
an extensive background working with non-profit organizations and holds a
degree in psychology. Jen currently works as a regional coordinator for the
Amputee Empowerment Partners. Her main focus is advocacy, mentoring and
offering support to new amputees.
Chad attended U.C. Davis with a major in International Relations and has
been an amputee since 2002. Chad, a contestant on CBS’ TV show “Survivor”
is an inspirational speaker and involved with the Challenged Athletes
Foundation.
We welcome them aboard and are sure their involvement will benefit our
mission.
