Foster knee joints

Dear List,

I have an extremely active, short below knee amputee that currently uses
Foster knee joints. He is in need of a new prosthesis and Foster joints
aren’t available anymore. Is there a heavy duty knee joint that anyone has
found that is comparable? Thanks!
