durable knee for 145lb pediatric?

I have been seeing a 145lb eleven year old KD.  As he has gotten more used to wearing a prosthesis he has really started to wreak havoc on his knee.  Part of the issue is that he is often in the dirt, sand, etc.  I appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
