This is an urgent request for the Florida O & P community
I am taking a survey on several things in regards to BC/BS of
Florida outsourcing their contract to Care Centrix.
1) Were you an in network provider with BC/BS?
2) Have you been denied in network status by Care Centrix?
3) Is your contract still pending? have you received a contract
or denial or any response to your inquiries?
4) Are you in a rural area?
Please respond to this survey it is important to the future of the O & P
community in this state and insurance contracting.
