Hello all,
I have a question regarding provision of hospital work and reimbursement.
How do the rest of you handle it if you have a relationship with a hospital that will only provide a PO when the patient has Medicare or Medicaid? What do you do if the patient has no paying source or has insurance with a very high deductible?
We are in a position where a local hospital is trying to change their contract with us to force us to see patients that we know we will never get paid for.
