Bilateral Bk Amputee having 450 Lb

Hello every one.
I am working with One Bilteral below knee amputee having 450Lb weight,amputation is more than 2 year old, never used any Prosthesis, presently patient is in SNF.And patient can stand on his Resedual limb with walker.Good  muscle strength on both lower and upper limbs with good trunk control.
Any suggestions on Prosthetic compnents specially for suspension ?
