For years our company has had practitioners do dictation, have it sent off to transcriptionist, get it back, have practitioner read to confirm and sign, and then have front office file. Does anyone know of any form we could use to decrease time and money involved in dictation while still getting the best record of each visit? Also would need to meet all required areas for accreditation. Any help would be appreciated. Mel
