adj ROM KAFO joint

Hello List,

I’m looking for a knee joint for a KAFO that is easily adjustable (so the
therapist can make adjustments) but that has a lock at full extension that
can be disengaged leaving the knee free (in the set range). Is there
something like that on the market? Thanks.
