I have recently been given a ten year old bilateral BK patient from trauma
(train). He is having a very tough time mentally and I was trying to put
some videos together of children roughly his age to show him in order to
give him some encouragement. He is still some time away from any prosthesis
for weight bearing but I wanted to start helping him asap. Does anyone have
any videos(besides the many on youtube) that you would be willing to provide
for my use. I am willing to sign any consents or disclosure forms
necessary. Also, in experience would anyone recommend one style vs another
for him. One limb is shorter than the other and has many skin grafts.
