OTS resting hand splint

I have been shown a new case from a new facility
CVA Left hemi
70 yr old woman
Since her rehab she has received custom hand splint from OT
Leeder splint with finger separators
RCAI hand splint
These devices are great devices but Wrist position doesnt go neutral
And fingers deviate radial side
Looking for better WHO devices
Also concerned with skin breakdown
Please provide any suggestions
