Prosthetic services in Gaza

Hi all,
I am treating a 15 year old boy from Gaza who lost his leg just below the knee.  He has significant scarring and we have fabricated a limb that utilizes a silicone liner and pin lock with side joints and lacer.  We originally tried side joints and lacer with waist belt without the liner and pinlock but the limb is not as stable as with the locking pin.  Does anyone know if there is a clinic in Gaza that could service and provide silicone liners for him once he returns?  Thanks
