Announce: TSOP meeting

I am sorry for any confusion, the TSOP meeting has been moved to November 7th & 8th, 2010 at the Marriott in Franklin, TN. We have had issues with finding room to hold the meeting and keeping it in a central location. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
