Please Help me in these 2 case:

 
 

 Dear Lists,
Please Help me in these 2 case:
1) does any one know the growth of foot length is faster or height of man? for example does a child with a TT prosthesis need to change either longer foot soon or longer prosthesis ?
2) I have a problem to adjust MP diametere in prosthetic foot and sound foot among fat people . in many cases prosthetic foot is thinner than sound foot.
