We are experiencing difficulty when submitting paper claims to Medicaid as secondary to Medicare when Medicare did not automatically send the claim to Medicaid (crossover claim) Are you submitting this with a conventional HCFA or using the specific crossover form? Typing or handwritten? Any help would be appreciated.
