Here is my original post:
I have been asked by a lawyer to put together a cost for future prosthetic care for a new TF patient. I know this has been sent out on the list serve before, but does anyone have a formula for expected future prosthetic cost considering basic care, repairs, consumables, rate increases, ect.
Below is a summary of the responses:

Initial prosthesis cost plus 10% for yearly repairs
Initial costs plus 15% for yearly repairs with replacements every 3 years

One theme that was constant was that the information should be performed by a third party. This will eliminate the thought that the prosthetic company is padding the cost for their own benefit.
