Arcadian Medicare

Dear List,

I came across a patient the other day who had insurance called “Arcadian Medicare”. I had never heard of it and neither had our billing lady. Has anyone out there come across this before? Does it provide the same coverage as regular Medicare? (The patient I’m seeing needs diabetic shoes and ots inserts) Any info would be much appreciated!!
