Recently I came across a flyer for a seminar given by Otto Bock and
Acc-Q-Data about reimbursement for repairs and replacements of O&P
items, etc.
One of the bullet points said something about “learning about the use of
the legal theory Equitable Estoppel” to fight denied insurance claims.
Would any of you have any information on this? Any experiences with it?
