I’ve heard different answers to the question: Is it a breach of patient
confidentiality rules to use internet based email [hotmail, gmail, ect.] as
a means of sharing private patient information? If so, is email of a closed
secure network ok? And what are the regulations on patient schedules and
private info in PDAs and Smartphones?
