Dear Colleagues
Would be interested to hear if any of you are experiencing any issues with the VA and the provision of Renegade feet. I have been informed by our local VA that there is a new NATIONAL policy coming from the VA that states they will not pay an L5987 for a Renegade foot as it does not have an actual shock pylon (like a VSP or Ceterus). They have informed us they will pay only an L5980 for a Renegade. Last time I checked, L5987 was the decision from the AOPA coding committee.
