Threaded extension pylon

Hi all,
I received a call recently from a below the knee amputee who I saw several years ago and apparently we had made him a preparatory prosthesis that had a threaded pylon that could be loosened and rotated to increase or decrease the height by small amounts.  I cannot remember where this item came from and he wants to incorporate it in a new prosthesis.  Any ideas?  Thanks
