Useful lifetimes

Hello List,
I am having trouble finding the exact (or closest) language from the Medicare contractors for Region B concerning the reasonable useful lifetime for orthotic and prosthetic items. We have begun to get denials related to this criteria but in searching I am finding inconsistent or outright contradictory language. Any help?
