We are interested in knowing what type of employee healthcare coverage is
being offered at various O&P facilities.
1. What type of facility do you work for? A national, large facility
or a small Ma & Pop?
2. What type of insurance plan is offered? What is your co-pay and/or
deductibles? Or is it a healthcare savings account style?
3. How much or what % does your employer cover? Does your employer
cover an individual and family plan at the same % or do you have to pay the
difference yourself for additional family members?
4. Have other facilities had to make reductions to their coverage
plans in recent years? Our increase was 25% this year!!! Wham.
