orthotic device for higher lesion spina bifida patient

Dear all,

I have a 8yrs old patient( girl) having higher lesion spinabifida.
The feet are in deformed equinovarum position.
The knees are having knee contracture.
I have tried for nightsplints but nothing works.
Because of her sensation problems the ortho doctors here avoid surgical intervention.
Please give me your advise how to get her ambulated?
