There is a group of PM&R physicians at the localMedical College who have
been conducting a study on IPOP fittings in one of the local hospitals.
Evidently they are ready to write up their findings of the study. One of
the physicians has asked me to find a reference for the bibliography. He has
shown me the paper they had received at some point in time, but it does not
list a reference. I am asking anyone who might recognize the information,
to forward the reference back to me with a phone number so I can follow up.
The paperwork presented appears to be a chapter from some type of book, or
handout/manual provided by one of the O&P schools.
The paper is titled:
Chapter 7
“Postoperative Prosthetic Management of the Below Knee Amputee”.
On the bottom of the first page it is marked 7-1; as if the pages are not
consecutively marked in the manual. It is an 11 page chapter, with the
reference page being page “7-11”.
The reference page does list an article written in 1985, so wherever this
chapter is from, it must be from a book or manual written after that date.
