idiopathic toe walking and hypotonic flat feet

Barbara Boutin

Goodmorning,

There are two enormous areas of great confusion in our area.
This first is a successful treatment for idiopathic toe walking.
Besides, serial casting, botox injections, night stretching devices and =
daytime afo.s
Anybody have any successful creative ideas regarding this issue.
And the second is the treatment of flexible flat feet in children who =
have hypotonia.
Some Docs are in favor of foot orthotics, some not.
I am looking for your thoughts.
Thank you in advance.
