Hello list,
I have a client who has tears to both ACL and MCL as well as medial meniscal
tear. What I would like to know- what is the best possible brace (in your
opinion), and why do you use this brace above all others?
Do you prefer to cast in slight varus to reduce strain on the MCL, or do you
cast in valgum to unload the medial joint capsule? Is there a rotation
component that you look for, and do you limit extension for the ACL?
