DINO COZZARELLI

I would like to express my gratitude to the Barr Foundation and their =
Hope Donor Memebers, Kingsley Manufacturing, Royal Knit, Ohio Willow =
Wood, ALPS South,Otto Bock and others as seen on =
www.oandp.com/barr as well as individuals =
whom donated components and supplies to our future January/February =
humanitarian amputee assistance trip to Ecuador. =20

I worked also with the Hermano Miguel Foundation, an independent, =
non-governmental, non profit organization dedicated to assisting and =
supporting the development of individuals with disabilities of all ages, =
providing social and medical services in its Integral Assistance Center =
for People with disabilities (CAID).

The organization employs a multidisciiplinary team of professionals. =
Hermano Miguel provided services of complete medical treatment and =
exams;prosthetic and orthotic laboratory; physical, language and =
occupational therapy; psycholtherapy and technical aids.

The Barr Foundation promptly delivered the required sized sach feet and =
stumps socks for our trip.

I’m looking for prosthetist interested in making a difference in poor =
amputee lives in Ecuador South America. This will be the 3rd trip and =
last year we fit 50 AK and BK amputees as well as meet the first lady of =
Ecuador and a tour of the presidential palace. =20

Are next trip is January 28th through February 7th 2005. We have a =
modern O&P lab available for our fabrication.=20

Thank you Barr Foundation for your continued work around the world.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
