I am hoping to get some feedback from anyone who has had experience = fitting amputees with Buergers Disease. I presently have a 54 y/o = bilateral B/K (secondary to B.D.) who is otherwise healthy and very = active without prosthetics. The clinic has prescribed silicone gel = locking liners with a distal silicone cup (due to conical distal end). I = expect him to be very active and aggresive. I am concerned about = potential circulatory compromise using this suspension/liner = combination. Any insight and information based on experience would be = appreciated.
