Re: New spinal K codes and allowables

As a user of the Futura management software, you can obtain the new codes from us as part of our normal services. Please contact technical support to obtain the import file that includes the new K-codes.

For anyone not using Futura, the raw file is available from CMS at :
http://www.cms.hhs.gov/providers/pufdownload/d04_Janb.ZIP

This file includes the April updates with the various K-codes for custom and off the shelf items for all regions, including PR and VI.
