Orthotic options for blount?s disease on a one year child

.Dear fellows ,

I?m doing a research for an orthopedic surgeon and I would appreciatte any
article or experiences on orthotic treatment for a one year and 6 month?s
child with tibia vara due to Blount?s disease.It has to be something to be
worn the whole day during daily activities.
