walking with a free knee

HI Eveyone
The problem is a Female in her late 40s with 20 degrees of hyperextension at
the knee during ambulation, and the deformity is increasing in ROM. Wanting
to find a KAFO that is safe during varied gait, but wanting a free knee with
mimium adjustments
