Knee Brace for Large Person

GlacierDear Listers:

I am working on a patient who has an extremely large thigh–28 3/4 inches in
circumference. She requires a functional brace. The quads are in decent
shape, yet there is instability in the knee causing falls.

I would appreciate any help you could give me in locating a reasonably
priced brace for this patient.
