Good Afternoon to Everyone!
We are going to appeal for a C-Leg for one of our patients.
Has anyone any experience with appealing this type of prosthesis to an
insurance company? The nurse case manager said to concentrate on “Level of
Functionality” and the microprocessed knee. She also said to send in medicare
documentation as a guideline.
Any “hints” or “tips” before I get started?
