Diagnosis codes

Hello List

Our office occassionally struggles with diagnosis coding coming from various
sources – practitioner, physician, hospital, office software, etc. Is anyone
using what amounts to an O & P specific database of ICD codes? If so, where
did it come from. Also, what is known about ICD-10 codes. Are they coming?
