Am curious if any facilities have any experience using an outside
billing/claims processing service.
If so, what problems have you encountered? how do they handle collections?
What would you like to see them do differently? Are they local/close by so
you can meet with them easily? Is this needed/helpful? Any that specialize in
O&P?
