Holy Cow! No one has any ideas how to heat this foam in a microwave,
and everyone wants to know what this stuff is!
I use a 12mm thick material, black, very similar to plastizote, but does
not pack out nearly as quickly. I use it for custom footbeds in walking
boots for diabetics. I get it from IPO in Canada (used to be Cascade)
