A few people have asked for clarification about what I mean when I say a
“reciprocating saw”
This means the blade goes back and forth like a hand saw would. The blade
does not rotate
There are big bulky reciprocating saws both corded and battery powered that
are used in construction. These require two hands . The beauty of the sheet
metal cutting reciprocal saw is that it is small and easily maneuverable.
