Texas Vocational Rehab prosthetic funding or as a possible Barr United
Amputee Assistance Fund sponsoring prosthetist, it would be greatly

Todd Rayer is 5’10” 210 Lbs. and athletically active 34 year old A/K whose
leg was recently removed just above the knee as the result of a boating
