$1339.00 assessment for FLA O&P

Does anyone know if there is a cutoff date on the proposed O&P Board deficit assessment?

What date will new people who are licensed won’t have to pay the $1339.00 assessment. Next week? Next year? Do we tell new people who are applying for a license, “Guess What…..you gotta fork over some more moola” Or do we keep it quiet.
