Sorry it has taken so long for this summary of responses!!
Below is the original question followed by a score sheet!
Have a pt./client whom requires M/L support as well as a lateral patella
tracking problem.
The requirement for M/L stability is one that dictates side joints rather
than just stays.
The patella tracking problem is one that I would ideally like to treat with
dynamic control rather than static.
Can anyone suggest an orthosis that is commercially available that offers
this combination of support?

Donjoy Hinged Air – 2

Needless to say I have ended up with the Breg, although I did try to
purchase the Donjoy first as I preferred the more rigid and align able
joints – but no stock!! So we have fitted the PTO, with air-mesh material,
which leads me to another question.
Who out there has experienced fitting problems with this new air-mesh
concept that is being introduced by a few manufacturers? It seems to me that
this material lacks the elasticity of others and therefore suffers when it
comes to conformity. Would be interested in other opinions…
