bristow- surgery ?

Helllo,

I am an orthotist from belgium .

I have a patient who will have a Bristow ( Bristol, Bristoff, …),

surgery on the shoulder.

Could someone tell me exactly what kind of operation it is, and what

they gone do .

Also what the specefic needs will be after this surgery.
