Sorry for any confusion I caused.
I stated “I had make some cuts to get down to the 200 line limit” which
caused some people to assume I cut some facilities from the list. I listed all
who responded. The “cuts” were in the length of the individual response. I
realize the list is not complete – it only lists those who responded to my
original post. Those who did not respond have not given me permission to
list their facility so they are not listed.
Please send responses and comments direct to me so we don’t clog up to
listserver.
