ESTEEMED COLLEAGUES,
I am Michael, aged 27, living in St.Petersburg, Russia.In 1988 I started
learning prosthetics, and since 1992 I have been engaged in practical
prostheses-making.
In the last bew years we here in Russia have run in to an unbearable
situation in the prosthetic field. We prothetists are not being siven
due attention to. These circumstances compel well-practiced specialists
to go into other activities which have nothing to do vith prosthetics
and medical care in general.
But I do not want to lose the skills which I have acquired through my
long practice. I want to go on further developing my skills in the
prosthetic field and be a useful specialist.
Maybe, some of your colleagues who are reading this message vill be able
to help me through advice or a doing, or help me vith finding a job as a
technical prosthetist possible in a country far-away from Russia. I am
willing to start from the very beginning, having no contacts with the
patients, as my English leaves much to be desired plus I only a short
time ago began learning it.
I am well laborious and I would gladly accept an offer of
apprenticeship. As there are lot of Russian-spelling invalids all over
the world, I could help them being helpful to you at the same time.
I would gladly appreciate any proposal, any friendly advise, any support
whatsoever.

SINCERELY, Michael.
