Reed…… From my perspective, your statement is exactly correct. On the
hand, I know for a fact, as a recent and former Board member, all directors
and officers are reminded that “their fiduciary responsibility is to support
the majority decisions of their respective Boards”.
Possibly the National Office Chairman or one of our Presidents can clarify
this Board policy and substantiate the legal background for this policy.
Reed, I agree 100% with your statement and it is one that usually got me in
trouble with mainstream thinking at the National Office level.
