In a message received today John Billock states:
“Your reference to the KPMG Audit and Mike’s recent post tend to imply it
was a “financial” audit. You may want to clarify this, as it suggests
there may have been financial indiscretions occurring and to my knowledge
this was not the case.’
Indeed not . The KPMG audit was designed solely to review how the
NOF was performing operationally. Questions of financial impropriety were
not an issue.
