Charles……. I would like to publically extend my appreciation to you for
coming forward, in what I assume is a somewhat unofficial capacity, to respond
to questions being raised regarding consolodation and the inter-
orgainizational function(s) of the former O&P Natiional Office and now the O&P
National Service Organization. You are providing insight and infomation that
members have not normally been privy to and I think it is very helpful.
With regard to the KPMG Audit, would you please clarify for me if the audit
was a financial audit or one that dealt only with adminstrative
responsibilities and operating procedures within the National Office and our
four oganizations?
