Steve, thanks for a good start to a nice day. I enjoyed your post. I don’t
know this to be factual, but I suspect that tubing, i.e. prosthetic pylon, made
from any material, even carbon & resin, will emit stronger magnetic signals in
equipment designed to detect such. Any magnetic experts out there? If not,
perhaps someone can carry a carbon pylon through a few detectors, just for fun,
to find out and let us know the results?
