Dear Colleagues,
I have been asked to do a presentation on lower extremity
prosthesis and their negative effects on the human body to the
final year chiropractic students at our local university.
I have no problem explaining and demonstrating various prosthesis
to them but I can not find any papers or books on the negative
effects on the human body.
I am sure there must be something available with regards
accelerated wear on the spinal column and other joints pertaining
to a lower extremity amputee.
I have looked in our library and done several searches on the
internet, each drawing a blank.
Have you any ideas where I can find the information I am looking
for ?
